By purchasing this ticket, the ticket holder/s have agreed to the full set of terms and conditions as outlined on the ticketing website. Ticket holders must present their tickets upon entry to the event as an A4 printed ticket (please do not resize the ticket) or on a Smart Phone. Government issued Photo ID may be required upon entry to validate authenticity as a ticket holder. Refunds will be issued by Local Tickets Pty Ltd if this event is cancelled before the schedule start date and time for any reason including inclement weather, or reasons beyond the event hosts control such as severe weather, flood, fire, explosion, civil disobedience, riot, labour disturbances, failure or delay in transportation, war, sabotage or other acts of God. If the event is rescheduled, Local Tickets Pty Ltd reserves the right to decide whether Ticket Holders will automatically be refunded, or whether tickets will be transferred to another date with a refund option. Local Tickets Pty Ltd reserves the right to deduct administration and merchant fee charges on all refunds from Ticket Holders regardless of the reason for the refund. Ticket Holder details may be used by Local Tickets Pty Ltd and the Event Organiser for marketing purposes. If this event is cancelled due to a COVID lockdown, the refund policy is: A refund for the ticket price will be processed by Local Tickets. If a ticket holder can no longer attend due to a COVID lockdown, the refund policy is: Refunds will be assessed on merit and proof. You will be required to contact the Event Organiser via the My Tickets Portal on this website 7 days before the event start date. If a ticket holder is unable to attend due to COVID symptoms/awaiting results/confirmation, the refund policy is: Refunds will be assessed on merit and proof. You will be required to contact the Event Organiser via the My Tickets Portal on this website 7 days before the event start date. If a scheduled artist/experience/supplier cannot attend due to any COVID laws the refund policy is: A replacement or substitute may be added at the event organiser discretion. This event is subject to state COVID-19 Safe Laws and specific industry practices must apply. Latecomers may be admitted at the discretion of the Event Host/Promoter. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Attendees must comply with all alcohol, smoking and behavioural laws within the event venue and or grounds. Attendees to the event must comply with the following dress standards, smart casual, suitable shoes, no thongs, or any other dress standard as required by law.
Mackay Turf Club is a Responsible Service of Alcohol. Any patrons showing intoxicated symptoms, unruly or aggressive behaviour will be escorted from the premises by security.
Anyone caught exchanging 18-26 year old wristbands to under 18's will be reported immediately to the police for supplying alcohol to a minor and dealt with according to the law.
Under 18's must be accompanied by a responsible parent or legal guardian. An older over 18 year old sibling is not a legal guardian and cannot be responsible for an under 18 year old sibling and so the under 18 will not be granted admission. Fines apply to responsible adult if under 18 is consuming alcohol.
All under 18's and 18-25 year olds must have a wristband advising of their age status as per liquor licensing regulations. Please have your ID ready upon entry.
The guidelines for this race day will be as determined by committee as seen fit and subject to change.
